All the staff was amiable and accommodating, tackled my issues. Stayed in single room with 2 beds which was perfect for me. A shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet were a plus. Overall the service was very good!

Fairly clean hotel with very amiable staff and unbeatable location adjacent to kanda otemachi station as well as Ginza metro. Well-equipped room and nice bathroom with a hairdryer, a bidet and bath sheets. Such an enjoyable stay for 8 nights of stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right next to Yanagi Inari Shrine. It's situated in a fantastic area, within a short walk to major districts, train stations, and restaurants. Kanda-Otemachi Station is nearby, making it an excellent base for exploration.

Great location near public transportation and convenience stores. The bed was comfortable and the adjustable lights in the bathroom were a nice touch.
The lack of ventilation in the room made it stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during a longer stay. The small bathtub without handles made it difficult to use safely.
